PDC Cases 159768, 159721, 158877 and 159241 - Presented by Kim Bradford, Deputy Director

PDC staff alleges that several 2024 candidates violated RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file Summary Full Campaign Contribution and Expenditure reports (C-4 reports), disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by the Campaign as required by campaigns subject to the “Full Reporting” option.
