PDC staff is alleging that Patrick K. McElligott, a 2015 candidate for Fire Commissioner in East Pierce County Fire and Rescue violated: (1) RCW 42.17A..235 and .240, by failing to timely file Monetary Contribution reports (C-3 reports) and Summary Full Report of Contributions and Expenditures (C-4 reports) disclosing contribution and expenditure activities for 2015; and (2) RCW 42.17A.245 by failing to timely file C-3 and C-4 reports electronically disclosing contribution and expenditure activities.

Mandatory Filer Enforcement Hearings: 2017 Candidates

PDC staff is alleging that 2017 candidates who previously had withdrawn their candidacies with the PDC but were subsequently elected and accepted the office failed to file (1) a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) in violation of RCW 42.17A.205; (2) a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) in violation of RCW 42.17A.700; or (3) both a C-1 report and F-1 report.
- Craig Buckton, a candidate for Fire Commissioner in King County Fire Protection District 20 (PDC Case 25085); and
- Chad Johnson, a candidate for School Director in the Kittitas School District (PDC Case 30377).

Mandatory Filer Enforcement Hearings: 2017 Elected and Appointed Officials

PDC staff is alleging that elected officials violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file or timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due April 17, 2017, disclosing financial activities for calendar year 2017.
- Erin Gray, a Parks and Recreation Commissioner for Klickitat County Parks and Recreation District (PDC Case 25919); and
- Ronnie Little, a Fire Commissioner for King County Fire Protection District 40 (PDC Case 25923).
