- PDC Case 109820 Pamela A. Martin, Water & Sewer Commissioner for Coal Creek Utility District. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.

PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
- PDC Case 109824 Mike Slobojan, Park & Recreation Commissioner for East County Park & Recreation District. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.

- PDC Case 64863 PayQwick, a lobbyist employer. At a February 28, 2020 Brief Enforcement Hearing, PayQwick was found in violation of RCW 42.17A.630 for failure to file an annual L-3 report disclosing lobbying activities for 2018 that was due no later than February 28, 2019 and assessed a $250 civil penalty, which PayQwick now requests the Commission reconsider.
