Freedom Foundation (Case 8336) involving alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.255 for failing to file special C-6 reports disclosing independent expenditure activity in opposition to statewide Initiative 1501; and alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.205 and RCW 42.17A.225 for failing to register and report as a political committee.

Possible Executive Session

Discussion of matters allowed in executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110, including but not limited to discussion, pending and potential litigation with legal counsel.
