Lunch and learn: ORCA snapshot - filing a contribution report (C-3)

This 45-minute lunch and learn session offers a snapshot of the PDC’s Online Reporting of Campaign Activity (ORCA) filing system, focusing on filing contribution reports, or C-3s. Contribution reports are due weekly starting the week first week of June for all campaigns participating in the 2026 general election.

The presentation portion of these lunchtime learning sessions will take 10-20 minutes, with the rest open for questions and discussion with knowledgeable PDC staff.
