Lobbyist filers: PDC launches new online filing system for lobbyist employer annual reports today

The Public Disclosure Commission today launched a new reporting system on for lobbyist employers’ annual reports, or L-3s.

 

The updated application completely replaces the previous L-3 filing system used to report a lobbyist employer’s lobbying expenditures made in a calendar year.

 

The PDC launched a new filing system for lobbyist monthly reports, or L-2s, earlier this year.

 

L-3 reports are next due no later than Feb. 28, 2025, for the previous calendar year. The PDC will post updated instructions for using the system prior to the reporting window opening in January.
