#6333
Karen Jensen & Citizens for a Better Enumclaw
Chris Hurst
The complaint alleges that Darrel Dickson was involved in helping design and facilitate two mailings sponsored by Karen Jensen and Citizens for a Better Enumclaw (CBE) as Independent Expenditures, resulting in Ms. Jensen making over-limit in-kind contributions to Mr. Dickson's 2015 re-election campaign against Kimberly Lauk for Enumclaw City Council, and in Mr. Dickson accepting over-limit in-kind contributions. The complaint further alleges CBE may have failed to properly describe its expenditures as in-kind contributions to Mr. Dickson, and that Mr. Dickson may have failed to properly report the receipt of the in-kind contributions. |
