Group Enforcement Hearings (Lobbyist L-2 Reports) - Presented by Casey Gayman and Tabitha Townsend, Compliance Officers.
The PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that 2023 Registered Lobbyists violated RCW 42.17A.615 by failing to timely disclose monthly lobbyist activities on L2 reports for calendar year 2023.

PDC Staff alleges that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.205 and WAC 390-16-125 by exceeding Mini Reporting limits prior to receiving the approval of their application to change to Full Reporting option.
