The PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that 2022 candidates violated RCW 42.17A.205 and/or RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file or timely file Candidate Registrations (C-1 reports) and/or Personal Financial Affairs Statements (F-1 reports) that were due within two weeks of candidacy or no later than June 4, 2022.

Harris, Joshua PDC Case 108988 – Presented by Alice Fiman
Joshua (Josh) Harris, a 2022 candidate for Pierce County Council, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due within two weeks of becoming a candidate, by April 1, 2022. Harris registered with the PDC on March 17, 2022, indicating a campaign start date of March 17, 2022.
Marx, Krystal PDC Case 108574 – Presented by Jennifer Hansen
Krystal Marx, a former City Council Member for City of Burien. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
The Commission may deliberate in closed session on any enforcement matter on this agenda, or any matters listed in RCW 42.30.140.
