Reed, Talauna PDC Case 144637 | Presented by Alice Fiman. Compliance Officer.

 PDC Staff alleges Talauna Reed violated RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 by not timely filing campaign reports (C-4 reports) disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by Committee to Elect Talauna Reed (CETR) as required by campaigns registered under the “Full Reporting” option.

Washington Against Discrimination Everywhere (WADE) PDC Case 121957 | Presented by Erick Agina, Compliance Officer.

WADE, a Statewide Ballot Measure political action committee registered with the PDC on June 18, 2020, and its principal committee member, Jesse Wineberry, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.235(9) and .240 by filing an inaccurate Final Summary Full Campaign Contribution and Expenditure (C-4) report and RCW 42.17A.205(4) by failing to update the Committee Registration (C-1pc).
