- PDC Case 80261 – Jonathon Rodeback, an elected official for School Director for Toutle Lake School District 130, was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2019 and due no later than April 15, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on December 17, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $250. The respondent is requesting a review of the Order by the Full Commission.
- PDC Case 80278 – Mary M. Tompkins, an elected official for City Council for City of Milton, was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2019 and due no later than April 15, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on December 17, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $250. The respondent is requesting a review of the Order by the Full Commission.

PDC staff is alleging that the respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2020, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2019 and failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2019, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2018.
- PDC Case 80176 – William “Beau” Burkett, an incumbent City Councilmember for City of Buckley. PDC staff is alleging that the respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2020, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2019 and failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2019, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2018.
- PDC Case 80252 – Ronnie Little, an incumbent Fire Commissioner for King County Fire Protection District #40. PDC staff is alleging that the respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2020, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2019 and failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 15, 2019, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2018.
