People for Thurston County (8) - Alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.240, WAC 390-16-205, and RCW 42.17A.405(2)

The complaint alleges People for Thurston County made multiple violations of RCW 42.17A during the 2016 campaign.  The alleged violations include: (1) failing to report a monetary expenditure for the cost, or an in-kind contribution for the value of legal services provided for the defense of People for Thurston County concerning recent complaints filed against the committee; (2) failing to provide proper details of its expenditures (i.e. not showing sub-vendors used by a consultant); and (3) making over-limit in-kind contributions to Kelsey Hulse by reproducing political advertising, in whole or in part, that was originally produced by the Hulse campaign.
