Description

The complaint alleges Jim Cooper violated RCW 42.17A.235 by failing to timely contribution and expenditure activities on a C-4 report. 

This complaint (and 10 other complaints filed against Mr. Cooper) was filed with the PDC and the Attorney General's Office as a Citizen Action Notice (CAN).   The AGO and the complainant have both filed lawsuits against Mr. Cooper concerning many of the same allegations listed in the 11 complaints.

Therefore, PDC staff is closing administratively the remaining six complaints filed against Jim Cooper as noted in this letter, without taking any action, completing our review, or pursuing enforcement action.
