Description

The Public Disclosure Commission received a complaint alleging that the Washington North Idaho District Council of Laborers PAC (WNIDLC-PAC) violated RCW 42.17A.235 by not accurately or time filing C3 and C4 reports. The complaint also alleges that the WNIDLC-PAC did not list the Political and Legislative Director as a committee officer.
