Description

The complaint alleged the King County Democratic Central Committee may have violated RCW 42.17A.240 for failure to accurately file the Summary Full Campaign Contribution and Expenditure reports (C-4 reports) and RCW 42.17A.205 for failing to update its Political Committee Registration (C-1pc).

The allegations are substantially similar to a citizen action complaint, filed with the Attorney General's Office pursuant to RCW 42.17A.765.

The Superior Court has primary jurisdiction over the substance of this complaint, and the PDC defers to its judgment in bringing the issues to resolution.

Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
