Toni Overmyer, a 2019 candidate for Park & Recreation Commissioner for Des Moines Pool Metro Park District, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate, or not later than June 3, 2019.

Morgan, Martin; PDC Case 58694 – Presented by Jennifer Hansen

Martin Morgan, a 2019 candidate for City Council Member for the City of Kirkland, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report), and RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), both due within two weeks of becoming a candidate, or not later than June 3, 2019.
