As part of the Public Disclosure Commission’s ongoing effort to redesign its online lobbying reporting system, the agency today launched a new lobbying reporting dashboard.
The new dashboard display allows filers to submit lobbyist registrations (L-1), monthly lobbying reports (L-2) and annual reports for lobbyist client/employers (L-3).
The new view also displays filed reports and reports that are or will be due in the future.
The PDC will be launching updates to the new online lobbying filing system through the beginning of 2025.
See instructions for using the new dashboard below:
1. Go to the MyPDC online filing homepage.
2. Find the “Lobbying” tile and click “File.”
3. You are now at the new PDC lobbying filing dashboard.
Next, click “start” to file your lobbyist monthly report.
You will be redirected to the PDC’s lobbying filing system to complete your report.
a. If you start but don’t finish a report, you will see an “edit” button in place of the “start” button.
b. When you have finished filing your report, you will be able to see a report number. To amend that report, click on the report number and select “amend.”
Click “start” to begin filing your annual report in the PDC’s existing lobbying reporting system.
