Instructions posted online for new lobbyist annual report (L-3) filing system

Late last year, the Public Disclosure Commission launched a new reporting system for lobbyist employers’ annual reports, or L-3s.

If you haven’t been able to attend one of the PDC’s recent classes on lobbyist and lobbyist employer reporting, or if you need a refresher on the new system, see instructions here.

The updated application completely replaces the previous L-3 filing system used to report a lobbyist employer’s lobbying expenditures made in a calendar year.

L-3 reports for the previous calendar year are due no later than Feb. 28, 2025.
