Description

This matter was heard by the Presiding Officer on April 1, 2021,  who found that Shaney Frame Crosby violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely file the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) for calendar year 2019 that was due no later than April 15, 2020. 

The Commission assessed a $250 civil penalty and ordered the missing F-1 report to be filed, both within 30 days of the Order, which was entered on April 20, 2021.
