JIMENEZ JOSE E: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file the Personal Financial Affairs Statement for Calendar Year 2019 (Group Enforcement 2020)
This matter was heard by the Presiding Officer on April 1, 2021, who found that Jose Eligio Jimenez violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely file the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) for calendar year 2019 that was due no later than April 15, 2020.
The Commission assessed a $150 civil penalty, of which $50 is suspended, payable within 30 days of the Order, which was entered on April 20, 2021.
