Radona (Liz) Deveraux, a 2019 candidate for City Council Member for the City of

Kennewick, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file a

Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) certifying financial activities for twelve

calendar months prior to becoming a candidate, due within two weeks of becoming a

candidate, or not later than May 27, 2019.



2:40 p.m. – Sydney Hevenor, Daniel; PDC Case 53400

Daniel Sydney Hevenor, a 2019 candidate for City Council Member for the City of

Ferndale, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to timely file a

Candidate Registration (C-1 report) and RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file a

Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), certifying financial activities for

twelve calendar months prior to becoming a candidate, both due within two weeks of

becoming a candidate, or not later than May 30, 2019.



2:50 p.m. – Campbell, Kathryn (2); PDC Case 52901

Kathryn Campbell, a former City Council Member for the City of Sea-Tac, is alleged to

have violated RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs

Statement (F-1 report), certifying financial activities for calendar year 2017, due no later

than April 16, 2018.
