2016 F-1 Mandatory Filer Enforcement Hearings

PDC staff is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that elected or appointed officials that held office in 2016, violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file or failing to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due April 17, 2017, disclosing financial activities for calendar year 2016.

2017 Candidate Mandatory Filer Enforcement Hearings (C-1/F-1)

PDC staff is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that candidates that filed declarations for the 2017 election, violated: (1) RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file or failing to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due within two weeks of declaring their candidacies or not later than June 2, 2017, disclosing financial activities for the previous 12 months; (2) RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to file or failing to timely file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) due within two weeks of declaring their candidacies or not later than June 2, 2017; and (3) both RCW 42.17A.205 &.700 by failing to file or failing to timely file a C-1 and an F-1 report, due within two weeks of declaring their candidacies or not later than June 2, 2017.
