  • PDC Case 109722 Jessie K. Baines, Jr., former Parks & Recreation Commissioner for Metropolitan Park District Tacoma. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
  • PDC Case 109723 Joshua M. Quantrell, Parks & Recreation Commissioner for Klickitat Recreation District. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
  • PDC Case 109725 Pedro Olguin, former City Council Member for City of Burien. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
  • PDC Case 109726 Chris W. Loving, former City Council member for City of Burlington. PDC staff is alleging that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), due no later than April 15, 2022, disclosing financial information for calendar year 2021.
  • PDC Case 109727 Danny L. Walling, Fire Commissioner for Clark Fire Protection District 10.
