Engle, Kurtis PDC Case 111938 – Presented by Jennifer Hansen
Kurtis Engle, a candidate in the 2022 election for Secretary of State, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file Monetary Contribution reports (C-3 reports) and Summary Full Campaign Contribution and Expenditure reports (C-4 reports), disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by the Campaign as required by campaigns registered under the “Full Reporting” option.

Citizens for Stanwood-Camano Schools, an April 26, 2022 special election committee, is alleged to have violated: (1) RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to file a Committee Registration statement (C-1pc report); and (2) RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file Monetary Contribution reports (C-3 reports) and Summary Full Campaign Contribution and Expenditure reports (C-4 reports), disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by the committee.

The PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that annual officials who were required to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) for 2021 violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file or timely file the F-1 report no later than April 15, 2022.
