Description

This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file mandatory C-4 reports for election year 2023.

Based on the attached findings and pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), Boegart Boardman  Bibby (the “Respondent”) received a formal written warning concerning his failure to timely disclose all contribution and expenditures. PDC staff expect the Respondent to timely file all future required reports of contributions and expenditures. The Commission will consider this formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.

Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
