  • PDC Case 140213, Let’s Go Washington (Sponsored by Brian Heywood): Alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.235 & .240WACs 390-16-037 and - 205, and WAC 390-16-043(9) by (1) failing to timely and accurately report the required allocation of monetary and in-kind expenditures for signature gathering and related expenditures that benefitted six separate initiatives supported by the Committee; (2) failing to timely report the expenditures of sub vendors paid by the Committee in support of six separate initiatives supported by the Committee; (3) failing to maintain and preserve books of account that substantiate expenditures incurred by sub vendors paid by the Committee in support of six separate initiatives supported by the Committee; and (4) failing to timely produce campaign records when requested by PDC Staff.
