Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaint filed by Kelly Cruz on March 21, 2025. The complaint alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to register as a political committee and RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to disclose contributions and expenditures.

Staff have determined that, in this instance, no evidence shows that Spokane Indivisible meets the definition of a political committee requiring registration per RCW 42.17A.205 and reporting per RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240

Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1)
