The complaint in this case alleged the following:
- Allegation 1: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to timely register with the PDC by filing a C-1 report (Candidate Registration) within two weeks of candidacy
- Allegation 2: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file an F-1 report (Personal Financial Affairs Statement) within two weeks of candidacy
Based on the attached findings and pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), Brandon Vollmer (the “Respondent”) received a formal written warning concerning his failure to timely register as a candidate and file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement. The Commission will consider this formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.
Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
