Description

On October 24, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter may have violated RCW 42.17A.710 by failing to accurately report debt on the Personal Financial Affairs Disclosure (F-1) report.  

The staff's review found that the Respondent failed to report debt in some of the reports filed with the Commission. Specifically, the Respondent failed to report her student loans on the F-1 reports filed with the PDC.  

Based on this review, the staff issued a formal written warning to the Respondent for failure to report debt on the F-1 report.  

Based on this information, PDC staff dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
