Description

This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately report expenditures, specifically yard signs, door hangers (literature), and Meet & Greet “signs.” The day after we received the complaint, and before we notified the committee of its receipt, the committee timely filed its March C-4 report and disclosed the door hanger expenditure; as a result, that allegation was dismissed. A case was opened to inquire about the yard signs and confirm whether the posters or flyers that appeared on the March report were for the Meet & Greet event.

Based on the attached findings, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
