Description

The PDC recognizes the amendments to your 2024 reports to reflect the debt to Western States Regional Council of Carpenters for payment of legal services. PDC staff previously dismissed all election year 2024 allegations involving RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 as part of the formal warning issued Building a Stronger Washington in PDC Case 164506. The allegations in this case are closely related, and the prior warning is sufficient to cover them. This case is dismissed in accordance RCW 42.17A.755(1).
