On April 4, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that Respondent in this matter may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately file contribution and expenditure (C-4) report(s), and RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to update the Committee Registration (C1-pc), as required by law.
The staff's review found that the Campaign failed to file timely contribution (C-3) and expenditure (C-4) reports for the month of February 2025, as required by the statutory scheme. The staff also noted that Respondent's committee registration, which is required to be updated if there is any material change(s) to the information submitted, had not been updated since 2021 as alleged in the complaint.
Based on the above finding(s), the staff issued a formal written warning to the Respondent and dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
