Description

  • Allegation One: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely & accurately disclose contributions & expenditures for EY 2025
  • Allegation Two: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.320 by failing to provide complete sponsor ID on website
  • Allegation Three: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.235 & 240 for failure to file a post-General C-4 report for EY 2021
Based on the attached findings and pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), Steve Ewing (the "Respondent") received a formal written warning concerning his failure to timely disclose all contribution and expenditures in 2021 and 2025. PDC staff expect him to timely file all required reports of contributions and expenditures in the future. The Commission will consider this formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.

Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
