Description

On July 9, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff received a complaint alleging the Respondent in this matter violated RCW 42.17A.710 for failure to accurately report real property/estate on the Personal Financial Affairs Disclosure (F-1) report.

The staff's review found that the Respondent failed to include/list the required real property/estate street address of each parcel or the assessor’s parcel number on the Personal Financial Affairs Disclosure (F-1) reports at issue in this matter. The staff issued a formal written warning as a result.
