Description

On July 16, 2025, the PDC staff received a complaint alleging violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately submit reports disclosing expenditure details as required; and RCW 42.17A.445 for personal use of campaign funds. 

The staff noted that, in this instance, any violation that may have occurred was minor and had been cured. However, the staff issued a formal warning letter to the Respondent.
