Description

The complaint alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely disclose expenditures on Summary Expenditure (C-4) Reports. 

As a committee participating in the 2025 Primary Election, TEAMSTERS LOCAL 117 WORKING FAMILIES PAC was required to file a 21-day pre-primary C-4 on July 15, 2025 listing expenditures and contributions covering July 1 – July 14 and a 7-day pre-primary C-4 on July 29, 2025 listing expenditures and contributions covering July 15 – July 28.

TEAMSTERS LOCAL 117 WORKING FAMILIES PAC filed two C-4s on July 28, 2025, including:
  • A C-4 listing expenditures made July 1 – July 14, 2025. This report was filed 14 days late.
