Description

On June 14, 2025, the PDC staff received a complaint from Gene Lauria alleging that the Respondent in this matter may have failed to provide complete sponsor identification on political advertising. 

The staff’s review found that the Respondent failed to include the required sponsor identification as alleged in the complaint and issued a reminder to the Respondent.
