Contribution reports (C-3) for activity during the previous month are due for campaigns and committees not participating in the February special election. File a C-3 report for each bank deposit by the campaign. If you receive no contributions, you do not need to file a report.
Expenditure reports (C-4) are due for campaigns and committees. File a C-4 if your campaign has raised or spent more than $750 since its last C-4.
* This deadline does not apply to committees active in the February 2026 special election. These committees have C-3 reports due weekly, on Mondays through election day, and mandatory pre- and post-election C-4 reports due on Jan. 20, Feb. 3 and March 10.
