Description

The complaint alleged Randy Corman violated RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 for failing to timely and accurately disclose contributions, in-kind, expenditures, debts, and loans, specifically failing to file Monetary Contributions (C-3) reports and Campaign Full Summary Contributions and Expenditures (C-4) reports since August of 2020 for his 2021 Renton City Council Campaign. 

PDC staff has determined, in this instance, the alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 for failing to timely and accurately disclose contributions, in-kind, expenditures, debts, and loans does not amount to a violation warranting further investigation. Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
