Description

At the March 24, 2021 enforcement hearing, the respondent was found to be in violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file the annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement CY 2020
the Commission assessed a total civil penalty of $2500, of which $500 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-143. The $2000 non-suspended penalty is payable within 30 days of the date of this Order.
It was further ordered that the respondent file the missing F-1 reports covering 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 and pay all outstanding penalty amounts totaling $750 within 30 days of this order.
