  • Staff received a complaint alleging that Laurel Khan, a 2024 candidate for Governor in Washington State, may have violated RCW 42.17A.700(2) & .240 for failure to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate & accurately report a contribution on the C-3 report. 
  • Staff found that the Respondent, Laurel Khan, failed to file a F-1 report in violation of RCW 42.17A.700(2). Staff also found a violation of RCW 42.17A.240 for failure to file an accurate C-3 report and issued a Warning letter for both violations.
