- Altomirano-Crosby Julieta: Alleged Violation of RCW 42.17A.710 for failure to accurately report the source of income on the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) (Jan '24; CY '22)
#147009
Julieta Altamirano-Crosby
Elizabeth Ann Lunsford
On January 8, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that Julieta Altamirano-Crosby, an incumbent City of Lynnwood council member and a candidate for re-election to the same office in the 2023 election year, may have violated RCW 42.17A.710 by failing to timely and accurately disclose income and funds received by a business entity that she owns and/or serves as an officer, director or general partner on the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1) report for year 2022, as required by the statutory scheme.
PDC staff reviewed the allegation(s) contained in the complaint, including the evidence submitted with the complaint and determined that the Respondent failed to disclose funds received from a government agency where she held office in 2022. Specifically, staff noted that WA-Gro Foundation, a business entity where the Respondent served as an officer (President), received $500 in government funds from the City of Lynnwood and failed to report it on her 2022 F-1 report.
Based on staff’s findings, a formal warning was issued to the Respondent in this matter and the complaint dismissed by the PDC staff in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
