This case alleged that Doug Weis, 2023 candidate for School Director of Cle Elum-Roslyn School District 404, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 by failing timely and accurately file C-3 reports and C-4 reports disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by the campaign.
At a September 12, 2024 Brief Enforcement Hearing (Brief Adjudicative Proceeding), the Commission's Presiding Officer found a violation of .235 & .240 and assessed a $250 civil penalty, of which $100 is suspended if the conditions of the Order, including filing reports, are met (see attached).
