Description
On February 20, 2024, the PDC staff received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter failed to timely file the required 21-day pre-primary C4 report, the required 7-day pre-primary C4 report, and the required post-primary C4 report.
The staff reviewed the complaint and found that the Respondent failed to file the required statutory reports. On January 20, 2025, a brief adjudicative proceeding was held in this matter and the Respondent was found in violation of Chapter 42.17A RCW by the presiding officer and a Commission Order was entered in this matter February 27, 2025.
