Lynda Hall completed a Statement of Understanding (SOU) and returned the completed SOU with completed reports on December 2, 2024 and paid a $100 civil penalty in accordance with WAC 390-37-143 (Brief Enforcement Penalty Schedule), acknowledging a violation of RCW 42.17A.615 for failing to timely file a Lobbyist Monthly Expenditure Report (L-2 report), which was due at the end of the month, no later than the 15th of the following month. The $100 penalty assessed resolves the allegations listed in your complaint.
Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1)(a). The PDC will not conduct a more formal investigation into these allegations or take further enforcement action in this matter.
