Description
The Citizen Action Notice complaint alleges that the Freedom Foundation
violated RCW 42.17A.205 and .225 by failing to register and report as a political committee
to oppose 2016 statewide Initiative 1501, and violated RCW 42.17A.255 by
failing to file special C-6 reports of independent expenditure activity
that opposed the initiative.
