The PDC is seeking input on a revised version of the proposed changes to rules that govern disclosure by political advertising providers, known as commercial advertisers.
The Commission held a public hearing on December 2, 2021, on the original proposed rules, at which representatives of several groups submitted comment. Commissioners decided to incorporate some changes to the original proposal and instructed staff to prepared a revised proposal for consideration.
The revised proposal will be considered for adoption at the next Commission meeting on January 27, 2022, at 9:30 am. Please send in any written comments to the PDC by Monday, January 24. Comments should be sent to pdc@pdc.wa.gov.
