Reports will not be considered late when they are filed the next business day following an unplanned outage of 15 minutes or more, or a scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more between 11 p.m and 5 a.m. See WAC 390-19-045.

PDC filers will be unable to access filing systems during that time.

On Jan. 21, between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be down for scheduled maintenance.
SAW provides single sign-on logins for the PDC's online filing systems. During that hour, users will not be able to log in to those online applications.
The PDC's online lobbyist monthly reporting system (L-2) experienced an outage from 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5.
The outage has been resolved.
Filing deadlines are extended for any unscheduled outage lasting 15 minutes or more, or any scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more.
From 1:02 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 28 the PDC's electronic filing systems experienced an outage. The problem has been resolved.
