Reports will not be considered late when they are filed the next business day following an unplanned outage of 15 minutes or more, or a scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more between 11 p.m and 5 a.m. See WAC 390-19-045.

There is a Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage scheduled for 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. on July 15. During that time, filers will not be able to access the PDC's online filing systems.

Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates access to the PDC's online filing systems, is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Access to the PDC's filing systems is not available at this time.
The PDC's lobbyist filing system experienced a brief outage. The issue has been resolved.

On Jan. 21, between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be down for scheduled maintenance.
SAW provides single sign-on logins for the PDC's online filing systems. During that hour, users will not be able to log in to those online applications.
The PDC's online lobbyist monthly reporting system (L-2) experienced an outage from 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5.
The outage has been resolved.
Filing deadlines are extended for any unscheduled outage lasting 15 minutes or more, or any scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more.
From 1:02 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 28 the PDC's electronic filing systems experienced an outage. The problem has been resolved.
Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be offline for maintenance for approximately 15 minutes before 6 a.m. on June 4, 2024.
