Some users reported having issues signing on to PDC systems through Secure Access Washington. The issue was resolved at 11:45 a.m.
Some users of Secure Access Washington reported they were unable to log in or were getting error messages. The issue was resolved by the end of the business day.
Users of the campaign finance registration system, ORCA and the F-1 personal finance affairs disclosure system may have been blocked from signing in via Secure Access Washington during this period due to a problem with a certificate. The issue has been resolved and Secure Access Washington authentication is working once again.
ORCA login may have been impacted during the outage window.
An outage affecting the PDC's lobbyist reporting application Accesshub was resolved at 3:45 p.m. June 29, 2023.
An outage affecting the L-5, C-6 and LMC filing systems was resolved at 10:57 a.m. April 28, 2023.
Service was restored at 1:30 p.m. The outage that began at 11:30 a.m. affected filing for the L-5 Public Agency Lobbying reports and C-6 Independent Spending and Electioneering Communications reports.

The outage temporarily affected filing for campaign finance, ORCA, financial affairs and C-6 Independent Spending & Electioneering Communications.
Secure Access Washington (SAW) is applying standard updates and patches on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022. SAW and services that use SAW (including PDC applications) will be inaccessible for about 40 minutes during the maintenance window, which is between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on that day.
